What we collect

When you buy tickets we collect your name, email address, and — if you give it — your phone number, along with the details of your order (show, date, seats, amounts paid).

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Authorize.net. Your full card number goes directly to them and is never stored by us; we keep only the card brand and last four digits on your order.

Like most websites, we use a small number of cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, and we record technical error reports (with personal details removed) so we can fix problems with the site.

How we use it

To process your order, send your confirmation and tickets, let you in at the door, and contact you about your order — for example if a performance changes.

Email about new shows and special events is sent only if you opt in, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Text messages are sent only if you ask for them (see below).

Text messages

If you tick “Text my tickets” at checkout, or ask the box office to text you, we use your mobile number to send your seats and ticket link for that order, and again only if that order changes. We don't send marketing texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call the box office at (888) 988-7469.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-message opt-in and your phone number are never sold, rented, or shared, except with the service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information.

We share only what's needed with the service providers that run the ticketing system for us — payment processing, email and text-message delivery, website hosting, data storage and backups — and only so they can provide those services.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and customer-service purposes. If you'd like your contact details removed, call or write to us and we'll take care of it, keeping only what we're required to keep.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from show emails with the link in any of them, reply STOP to stop text messages, or contact the box office to update or remove your details.

Children

Our website is meant for adults buying tickets. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
