Tickets & payment

All ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your order is complete when payment is approved and a confirmation with your order number and QR-code tickets is sent to the email address you provide. Please check your details carefully before paying.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled. If you can no longer attend, contact the box office at (888) 988-7469 before your show date — we're glad to help exchange your tickets for another available date of the same show, subject to availability.

Event changes & cancellations

Showtimes, performers, and seating layouts are subject to change. If a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled, the ticket price you paid will be refunded to your original payment method; processing times vary by bank.

If a performance is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date, or you may exchange them for another available date.

Admission & arrival

Please arrive before showtime; doors typically open 45 minutes prior. Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of theater staff at a suitable break in the performance.

Each ticket admits one person regardless of age. The theater reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for disruptive behavior, without refund.

Tickets are for personal use

Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for promotions, contests, or commercial purposes without the theater's written consent. Tickets obtained in violation of these terms may be voided.

Keep your QR codes private — anyone with your code can be admitted. We can resend your confirmation or reissue tickets at the box office with valid ID.

Recording & photography

Flash photography and audio or video recording of performances are not permitted. By attending, you consent to being included in photos or recordings the theater may make for archival or promotional use.

Accessibility

Accessible seating positions are marked on the seat map (shown as round seats). For assistance with seating or other accommodations, call the box office at (888) 988-7469 and we'll take care of you.

Text messages

If you choose “Text my tickets” at checkout, or ask the box office to text you, we'll send your seats and ticket link to the mobile number you give us, and text again only if that order changes (for example tickets added or exchanged). We don't send marketing texts. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying tickets.

Message frequency varies by order, usually one message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; reply HELP for help, or call the box office at (888) 988-7469. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your phone number is explained in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to sell and deliver your tickets, and we never sell your information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it's used.

Limitation of liability

By attending, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks incidental to attending a live event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the theater's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
